Superbooth 2021: The Godfather – Eurorack audio processing to kill for
Enjoy Electronics has something special going on with The Godfather, a multichannel audio processor in 60HP with complex mixing and a killer effects section.
The Godfather
And the award for best tease trailer goes to…… Enjoy Electronics for The Godfather. That was some kind of epic something; they hired an old classic car and everything.

Leaving the movie vibe behind what actually is The Godfather from Enjoy Electronics? It’s a 4-channel sound processor and multi-effects engine. On the left, you get 4 independent channels of processing with control over Saturation, Delay, DPD (Double-Pulse Delay), Reverb and Filter. On the right side, we find the Reverb and Delay controls, a pair of LFOs and then all other processing such as Pan, Compression, DPD and FDP piles into the display and is run by the big encoder over at the start of each channel.
Amongst the knobs and controls there’s side-chain compression, limiting, EQ, gain staging, infinite looping, triggering modes for creative routing, CV control in and out, MIDI In/Out.
This is one epic machine. It’s interesting how they’ve chosen to make it similar to the 60HP Moog devices like the Mother-32 and in fact, have it on demo in a 3-tier stand with the Moog synths. This is exactly the sort of thing Moog should be doing to accompany its 60HP format synths. But Enjoy Electronics has got their first with something a bit complex and digital but devastatingly versatile and potentially awesome.
The Godfather is still in the prototype stage but it’s looking great so far and they expect to open preorders in a couple of months. I didn’t catch a price. Check out the SonicState video below for the full run-through.
