Roland SP-404 MKII
The SP-404 MKII has evolved from a legacy of the SP-series DJ samplers that began in the late 1990s. With a 32-voice 16-bit 48 kHz sampling engine, a sequencer with live loop recording, and a range of 37 effects, it’s a more complete production station than ever.
Once you get creating, each project allows up to 160 samples across the 16 bankable velocity-sensitive RGB backlit pad triggers. In addition, the 404 provides an SDHC-compatible SD card slot and portability, with multiple power options.

Strymon StarLab
If you’re looking to go deeper into reverb sculpting than Phil Collins, the 28 HP StarLab module is arguably one of the finest creative tools available for the Eurorack format. The layout might not be the most practical, but the sound shaping options are limitless.
Apart from the three reverb types, there is also a Karplus string synthesis engine with a four-octave range as well as a delay section inspired by classic reverb pre-delays. In addition, almost every parameter has CV I/O, which makes for endless fun.

Clavia Nord Drum 3P

So with the choice of eight distortion circuits, a 7-mode filter, and a 2-band EQ section, you now have effects like Noise Gate

Sequential Prophet 6
The Prophet 6 gives you all the authenticity of its elustrious predecessor, with the addition of a step sequencer, a multimode arpeggiator, analogue distortion, as well as a dual effects section with reverb, delay, chorus, and phase shifter.
To continue the legacy, this 6-voice analogue keyboard is styled in familiar fashion, and the SLOP feature allows you to add the wonky analogue drift that the early revisions of the Prophet are characteristically known for.
