Synthfest UK is back!
The largest synthesizer exhibition in the UK is back at The Octagon in Sheffield this October where you can meddle with modular and satisfy your synth senses.

Not much to say about it really other than WOOHOO! Synthfest UK is back for the 8th October 2022 for a day of synthesizer brilliance, seminars, demos, live performances and as much fuel for your GAS as you can stomach.
The venue is The Octagon in Sheffield which offers a large main hall for exhibitors with a handful of other rooms spread over the complex usually taken by the larger companies such as Moog, Artruia, Korg and Yamaha. Alongside is a large space for seminars and demos.
The show is presented by Sound On Sound magazine and is in partnership with the Sheffield Sensoria Festival of Music, Film and Digital Media. A list of exhibitors and seminar details will be announced in the coming months.
Synthfest is where I first discovered Eurorack and it’s a brilliant event pulling in all the manufacturers you’d want to see and several stars and luminaries from the business. Tickets go on sale in May and I think they were £15 last time around.

Can’t wait ! I haven’t been to a synth fair since the 1987 British Music Fair in Olympia; a show that had 15 year old me, hooked for life from that moment on.

This looks like a lot of fun. I won’t be in the UK when this is happening, but I’d still love to attend. Maybe sometime in the future I’ll be able to?! Thank you for introducing me to Synthfest UK.
