TC Electronic BUCKET BRIGADE Analog Delay pedal
New, wallet-friendly all-analogue delay pedal
The TC Electronic BUCKET BRIGADE is all about articulated delay sounds. The pedal offers warm-sounding reproductions, that run through a carefully elaborated series of filters in the feedback circuit.
TC Electronic BUCKET BRIGADE
TC Electronic’s new analogue BUCKET BRIGADE delay aims to give you classic warm delay tones, and offers up 600 milliseconds of analogue repeats. And, as the name suggests, it uses bucket brigade technology to deliver those delay repeats.
Simple Controls
You get controls for Depth, Volume, Delay, and Feedback, fairly self-explanotary. It should be pretty easy to use and not require any steep learning curve.
“We wanted to develop a high-quality, completely analog design, with the sole aim of giving capable guitarists an incredibly flexible analog delay everywhere. In fact, you can make this pedal sound old-fashioned and fresh at the same time.” – Paul Robert Scott, TC Electronic Product Manager
Modulation
In addition, the BUCKET BRIGADE has built-in modulation that can be easily activated with the central switch. The modulation effect is only added to the repeated notes, whereby the depth can be controlled directly via the control panel. An an internal trim potentiometer adjusts the speed.
Affordable Analogue
This compact true bypass, all-analogue delay pedal looks like a real winner to me. And at this very affordable price point, it is almost a no brainer for anyone that likes warm classic delay tones. You can hear the new TC Electronic BUCKET BRIGADE delay in action in the demo video below. I think it sounds pretty good.

One response to “TC Electronic BUCKET BRIGADE Analog Delay pedal”
For the price there’s not much to complain about. Although I do wish manufacturers would define – at least – 1 sec of delay time.
