From Boy Harsher and Møffenzeef Mødular comes The Runner limited edition drone used in the horror movie of the same name and it’s already sold out.
The Runner
With my finger ever on the pulse of what’s new and exciting in the world of synthesizers, The Runner had already sold out long before I’d heard of it. It was designed by Møffenzeef Mødular in collaboration with Boy Harsher for his horror movie The Runner due for release in January 2022.
Looks scary – that soundtrack though:

The Runner is full of features and can conjure up everything from disturbingly dark, evil tones, mind-bending detuned washes, head-crushing noise to chorus fed bliss. The front end has been crafted into a surprisingly small box with macro controls that let you engage with the madness without overwhelming you with the power of every parameter.
Møffenzeef says that every setting and every knob position will give you something to work with and it will evolve and morph as you play. You don’t need to know what you’re doing, you just need to give yourself to the drone.
That sounds like fun!
