The Triton Audio Kompressor is a phantom-powered in-line FET-OPTO compressor in the same form factor as the popular FetHead mic preamp.
The Dutch manufacturer Triton Audio is known for its range of phantom-powered in-line mic preamps, bringing an instant discrete gain boost to any type of microphone for live and studio applications.

The Kompressor is the latest addition to this series, using a one-knob FET-OPTO compressor design. According to the manufacturer, the in-line opto leveler “delivers smooth and natural compression” which is great for home recording, content creation, and even professional studio applications.

To start shaving off those transients, the straightforward one-knob design allows you to set the compressor anywhere from “Less” to “More”.
