Union Audio elara.4 Mk2: Update for a Premium DJ Mixer
Modern Technology, Analog and Warm Sound
The Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 is the revised version of a compact 4-channel mixer designed to deliver the finest sound. Classic analog warmth meets modern design – the British manufacturer’s emphasis on technology. With this DJ mixer, Union Audio aims to appeal to those who demand the highest standards of audio performance and craftsmanship.
Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 – a Compact 4-Channel Mixer for DJs with High Expectations
The Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 combines the best sound quality, intuitive control and robust design. The redesigned four-channel DJ mixer features improved technology and new additional features.
All four channels are now equipped with high-quality phono and line inputs, ensuring seamless integration with a wide range of audio sources. As a result, the mixer will appeal not only to vinyl aficionados, but also to DJs using digital media players or hybrid setups.
The ergonomic layout of the Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 relies on weighted linear faders and also promises precise EQ controls. According to the manufacturer, the mixer’s interface is designed for all DJs who want to create dynamic and appealing mixes. That sounds very promising. And indeed, the mixer looks very clean.

Revised Technology with Some New Features
The cue system offers features such as pre-fader monitoring or split cue and ‘add mix’ control per channel. Each channel also features a 10-segment LED level meter, a 45mm fader with a very linear curve, and a 3-band EQ. In addition, each of the four channels has a high-pass filter.
For further sound shaping, the Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 also offers a master EQ/isolator with variable crossover frequency adjustment. In combination with the EQ section of the channels, you can really form the music.

Like its predecessor, the DJ Mixer also features a crossfader, this time from Innofader, with an adjustable curve. The individual channels can be assigned to the crossfader via a switch.
The mixer is flexible in terms of connections. The line and phono inputs of the four channels are of course in RCA format, and there is a record output that is also designed for RCA. The booth and aux outputs are jacks, and the master output is an XLR. The aux return can also be used as an insert for the master channel. The manufacturer even thought of a microphone connection (XLR) during the update.

The front-panel headphone jacks now accept both large and small jacks. This is always welcome and convenient.
The Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 mixer’s metal chassis is built to last, while the internal components promise a rich and warm sound. This is what we want from a DJ mixer! As you might expect, this comes at a price.

Availability and price The Union Audio elara.4 Mk2 will be available from May 2025, at a price of just under £1,575.00 – plus taxes and import duties.
