ZanySignals

ZanySignals describes itself as a Colombian company dedicated to creating designs and to the teaching of analog and digital synthesizers. The company has been designing modules and running workshops for quite some time. The latest range of white panelled modules appear to have been emerging over the last year and this new case pulls them all together nicely.

Centrophryne Case 104HP

It was inspired by the lantern fish and includes a light that goosenecks up from the back and illuminates the whole front panel. There are a single row and a double row option and they do look rather fabulous together. The exact configuration is really up to you.

The single row is made of pinewood and has options for either an acrylic cover or a wooden lid. The 2-row option has similar options but also comes with a bracket to set it up at an angle and the Moog-style light. The power supply, bus-board and rails will depend on your requirements.

The Centrophryne Case is a lovely piece of work and while magnificent with its own modules I’m sure it would look amazing with any collection of modular.

The pricing on the single row starts from $280,000 and $380,000 Columbian for the double row which I think translates to around $70 and $96 US. I’m not sure if they ship outside of Columbia so your best bet is to get in touch with them via Instagram – they don’t seem to have a website. I’ve not come across them before but I’m really enjoying the look and vibe ZanySignals have gone with this case and the modules.
